Great news for the Madison community! recently partnered with Nashville Metro Water Services to improve stormwater conveyance and alleviate localized yard flooding on Snow Ave.

Upgrades included the installation of approximately 132 LF of 18” RCP, construction of 85 LF of new open channel, and redefining 90 LF of existing roadside ditch.

This public infrastructure project is located in District 9, led by Council Member Tonya Hancock Metro Councilor District 9.

Check out recent work completed at the Metro Southeast Facility in the Donelson area! The team removed debris and excessive sediment, redefined ditch drainage and stabilized eroded areas.

Project update for the Green Hills area! In partnership with Nashville Metro Water Services, are upgrading aging stormwater infrastructure at Trimble Rd. with over 130 LF of new 18-24” RCP. The team is also regrading 365 LF of drainage ditch to address flooding issues.

Looking back to when assisted municipal clients in responding to Winter Storm Fern’s impacts earlier this year. Did you know that NDOT and partners collected 1.95 M cubic yards of tree and vegetation debris from February 3 to April 14? That’s conservatively 162,500 dump truck loads. If dumped simultaneously, this would create a line of trucks stretching for approximately 769 miles—that’s roughly the distance from Nashville to Jacksonville, FL!

are proud to continue partnering with Metro General Services to complete SCMs maintenance projects aimed at reducing stormwater pollution in Davidson County! Recent work at the Nashville Public Library Donelson Branch included cleaning debris and sediment buildup from bioretention areas as well as replanting vegetation. Check out these Nashville Public Library - Donelson project photos, along with a book!

This project is in District 15, led by Council Member Jeff Gregg Metro Council 15.
