Now is the time to pray for our nation and our leaders. Because we are on the brink of war. and if anyone says it's Trumps fault I will know you have not done any research and you're just flapping your gums because last night at the save the mosquito rally Billy Bob told you it's trumps fault. But when every member of the UN, including Russia and China agree that the chubby little Pikachu must back down. something is up. Japan has already sent ships to stand with us and Australia has pledged to back us, we have to put our differences aside and Pray for our leaders.. Remember the spirit of our nation after 9/11? An American flag in every yard, the proud feeling we had to be Americans...we have to do that again BEFORE something blows up. It's in times like these that we must...

Morning FB Friends
Well this morning started strange. I awoke before my alarm went off, so I reached for my phone to turn off the alarm and saw I had a message from a dear friend that read her son had sent her a message saying he woke up with my name heavy on his heart and ask her to check on me. I'm sure I've met her son a few time but don't really know him, except for the fact that if he's her son, he's a good man. I shortly there after got a friends request from her son, reiterating his premonition. needless to say this has heightened my awareness of my surroundings today and encouraged me to say an extra prayer for my family and friends. I will not live in fear, that's not me. but I will live with the knowledge that others care for me and that means everything to me. I would not turn down extra prayers, Buddha blessings, squirrel juggling or smudge burning today, Or what ever it is you do to seek comfort. but as for me: I'm going to...

Morning FB Friends
Chatted with some friends on FB this morning that I had not talked to in awhile, that's one of the good things about FB. One had everything going their way, But I've seen them when it wasn't. One had got some disturbing new from a Dr, but is dealing with it in a positive manner, the last one was been kicked around and down for quite a while. and things seem to keep getting worse. and they are stuck in the "My life sucks" mode. I can not say this enough..."If you build it, they will come" if you want your life to be better you have to think positive, envision what you want and work for it and it will happen. If you've hit rock bottom. quit wallowing in it. self pity will get you nowhere. there is a bright side to everything if you look for it. My RA is really acting up today, so much I can hardly use my left hand, BUT!!!. I see my new RA Dr. Tuesday and I have faith she will help me (Bright side). My Coffee cup is empty, BUT!!!...I have more in the pot. (Bright side). I have to pick up dog p**p from the yard, BUT!!!...At least it's hard (Bright side, also Joe walsh)...

Morning FB Friends
I have been on the computer 10 minutes this morning and have seen to things that disturb me deeply. (Even more so than I already am) We all know that within the last few years laws have been past against "Hate Crimes"...I read that some liberals are saying the we conservatives are committing, "Hate Crimes" against them. I also saw a video of some dumb ass making a scene at a park protesting people fishing. claiming it's Violent and that fish feel pain and that they are not food. he was raising such a fuss people were taking their kids and leaving the park. I wish I had been there I would have ask him if they are not food and it is violent then why did the kindest most loving man to ever walk the face of the earth take five loaves and five fish and feed the multitudes? Folks while we still can we have to stand up for ourselves and fight the stupidity. Don't wait for someone else to do it, they may be waiting for you. What type of world are we leaving our children...and Keith Richards. Remember only you can...

On the first day, God created the dog and said, “Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this I will give you a life span of 20 years.”
The dog said, “That’s a long time to be barking. How about only 10 years and I’ll give you back the other ten?”
And God said that it was good.
On the second day, God created the monkey and said, “Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I’ll give you a 20-year life span.”
The monkey said, “Monkey tricks for 20 years? That’s a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back 10 like the dog did?”
And God again said that it was good.
On the third day, God created the cow and said, “You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer’s family. For this, I will give you a life span of 60 years.”
The cow said, “That’s kind of a tough life you want me to live for 60 years. How about 20 and I’ll give back the other forty?”
And God agreed it was good.
On the fourth day, God created humans and said, “Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I’ll give you twenty years.”
But the human said, “Only 20 years? Could you possibly give me my 20, the 40 the cow gave back, the 10 the monkey gave back, and the 10 the dog gave back. That makes 80.”
“Okay,” said God, “As you wish.”
So, now you know why our first 20 years are spent eating, sleeping, playing, and enjoying ourselves.
For the next 40 years, we slave in the sun to support our family.
The next 10 years, we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren.
And for the last 10 years, we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone.
Life has now been explained to you.

Morning FB Friends
I don't want to say this too loud and jinx it but...I'm feeling better today than I have in years. The old me would have said, "But it's still early" turning a positive thing into a negative, therefore opening the door for a day full of downers. But if I keep the positive spin going, it WILL BE a positive day. I's the power of attraction. And I can prove it. You and you alone are in charge of your day. You always have two choices, Yes or no, Positive or negative, stay of leave, happy or sad..."But it's not my fault I'm sad. The boss yelled at me"...Just thank him for his very loud criticism of your performance, Smile (Great big) and go back to work. You've been yelled at before, and you'll be yelled at again and look...you lived through it. If you want to have a happy life just remember only you can...

Spent yesterday afternoon with Earl, we drove to Columbus to look at his new house, then drove around side side roads to check out what else was there...Did you know that if you're in Indiana and you drive far enough East you end up in Ohio? It's amazing how that happens. Band Camp has started for Brown County High school. They practice about 100 years south of me...brings back memories. Kind of a Lazy day here in the big city...but some day's lazy is good. The coffee's hot the sky is blue and I woke up breathing this morning...what else do I need to...

I guess my body knew what I needed...13 hours of crampless sleep. Laid down at 7:00 out of self defence last night and let the world handle itself woke this morning at 8:00. just got a call from the RA Dr. moving my apt. from Nov.10 to July 18...yeah! So many of my friends are having health and family issues, I have no room to complain. I'm just thankful that we're here for each other and that together we can...

Morning FB Friends
Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night, use the bathroom, and then get just a little bit, maybe just a tiny bit hungry? Not for a whole meal, or even a sandwich, just a miniscule "Bite" from some mouth watering morsel...Just a nibble, a crum if you will. Now have you ever opened the fridge door and seen sitting right there in front of you half of a Key Lime Pie. Your stomach, "Small glass of milk, just a taste, and a bite of that Key Lime Pie" and your brain agrees... But just a bite...one bite. And just a few moments later you realize you're out of milk and there is only one quarter of the pie lift. which would make it all the pie that was left, making it the whole pie, so your good...So have any of you ever done that?...Naw, Me either...

Morning FB Friends
Don't you just hate it when you wake up more tired than when you when you bed? But I did wake up, and I do have coffee, so I will survive. Several people have said "Oh this is great camping weather". I have never heard a homeless person say that...never. And we are even being scammed by the homeless. Everytime I drive through Bloomington I see more and more people holding down a corner holding a sign needing money...while standing under a sign at a fast food place that reads..."Now Hiring" in one particular spot I have seen them take turns one will go set in their Jeep and nap while the other stands on the corner. I know there are several in true need and they need our help, the others just need help. I always look at their shoes...if they are wearing better shoes than me...they ain't homeless...Sorry I digress...it's the lack of sleep and the fact the coffee has not kicked in...follow your heart, help the ones you feel in need and ...

As I sit here in the Fortress of knowledge I wonder what the day will bring.
