BREAKING: “YOU OWN THIS!” Trump’s Agricultural Secretary Brooke Rollins gets absolutely DOGWALKED by Democrats in brutally humiliating Congressional cross-examination!
She was REALLY in over her head…
Donald Trump’s entire cabinet is staffed to the brim with morons and perverts, and his Agricultural Secretary is no different.
Rollins was called before Congress to discuss some of the serious issues facing America’s farmers – like skyrocketing bankruptcies thanks to Trump’s Iran war and the the shortage of fertilizer, also thanks to Trump’s Iran war – but all Rollins wanted to do was blame President Biden.
Rep. Angie Craig was NOT having it.
“Madam Secretary, do you know how many farms we lost in the United States last year?” demanded the Minnesota Democrat.
“I know you were talking about the bankruptcies. I know that about 315 farms of 1.88 million are moving through bankruptcy right now” lies Rollins, to Craig’s astonishment.
“Wait, wait , excuse me, we lost 15,000 farms last year!” says Craig.
“Well, that's a conversation I would really like to have (???)” replies Rollins.
“Fourth, and fifth generation farms. We lost 15,000 farms because of bad policy on the part of this administration,” said Craig.
“So you just walked in the door and all these farms closed immediately” smirked Rollins, whose snide remarks get cut off.
“Do you know how much MONEY farmers lost last year?” asked Craig.
Rollins just stares at her.
“It’s $28 BILLION. You’re the Agricultural Secretary!” says an exasperated Craig. After more lies and answer-dodging by Rollins, Rep. Craig asks her what the price of diesel is.
“Well, before the Iranian conflict, it had gone way up under the, all inputs under the last administration increased about 40%. That's what we inherited. It all was coming–”
At this point, Rep. Craig has HAD IT.
“RECLAIMING MY TIME!” Joe Biden is no longer the president of the United States. Mr. Trump is. Your party controls Congress. You own these numbers at this point in time. I'm sick of hearing. You blame an administration from a year and a half ago.”
“You own every single bit of this. Since you don't know the answer, in May the average price of diesel was $5.41 a gallon. That's up 95 % from a year ago, the entire year in which this administration was in power in the White House, the House, and the Senate!”
Secretary Rollins has proven over and over again that she is staggeringly unqualified for her position and has little interest in doing anything for American farmers – just operating as a propagandist for the Trump administration.
She and all the rest of this sorry lot of incompetent criminals need to be removed from office immediately and held accountable for their actions.
This just beyond pathetic.
