TDEC Division of Water Resources Everyone lives in a watershed and plays a role in protecting our water. Together we can help keep Tennessee’s water resources healthy!

TDEC manages, protects, and enhances Tennessee’s water resources through voluntary, regulatory, and educational programs. We hope that this FB page will help keep citizens informed about activities going on throughout the watersheds in the state. It is also our hope that through this page we might connect groups and activities together and even recognize areas where more activity is needed.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our West TN Water Regulatory Forum.

This was the first of three forums we are hosting this year to introduce our dedicated staff and the vital work they do for Tennessee. These forums aim to provide attendees with an opportunity to make meaningful connections, gain valuable insights, and develop a deeper understanding of our Division’s mission.

The next two forums are in Knoxville and Murfreesboro - hope to see you there!
