▪️ Robin Yeh spoke on Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs) in Johnson City last week at East Tennessee State University's Building Workplaces that Work conference.

June is National Safety Month, and we want to highlight a few of Sycamore's research findings from the last few years that have helped drive the conversation in Tennessee around incarceration budgeting, firearm-related deaths and defendants' ability to pay court fines and fees.

The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is the largest federal program that supports the construction of affordable rental housing.

In FY 2024, Tennessee awarded $99.5 million in LIHTCs to build 824 new rental units and rehabilitate 60 more. From 2014 to 2023, the program supported 238 projects, creating over 22,500 affordable units across 67 counties.
