Community Library of Allegheny Valley The Community Library of Allegheny Valley is a free public library located in Harrison Township.

Our service area includes: Harrison, Tarentum, Brackenridge, East Deer, Fawn and Frazer. The Community Library of Allegheny Valley is the center for informational resources and services, proudly promoting literacy and lifelong learning. We provide quality service, and materials such as books, e-books, DVDs, CDs, databases, newspapers, and magazines. The library is also equipped with computers for

The 1st train was a 7-car traveling museum that toured all 48 contiguous states from Sept. 1947- Jan. 1949 to promote patriotism and safeguard foundational documents. Make plans to join us for our spring "Who Knew? On the Road" program at Central Presbyterian Church next Wednesday, May 27 at 6:00pm. In honor of Memorial Day, we are featuring a special presentation honoring the stories, service, and experiences of veterans from our community.

This program is open to the public and no registration is necessary. Refreshments will follow the program.
