One of the simplest ways to experience Navarre Beach? Take a walk out on the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier 🌊

Stretching 1,545 feet into the Gulf, it’s the longest fishing pier in Florida and one of the best places to take in the water views, spot dolphins, watch local fishermen, or catch a peaceful sunrise or sunset.

A few helpful things to know before visiting:
• The pier is open daily
• You don’t have to fish to enjoy it — walking access is available
• Early mornings and evenings are the most comfortable times for a stroll
• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and your camera because the views are worth it ☀️

…and now you’re ankle-deep in calm water, spotting shells as they settle beneath the surface 🐚
On days like this, everything feels a little slower—and somehow you notice more.

Before the beach days, cookouts, and long weekend, today is a chance to pause and remember those who gave so much.

Think shelling on Navarre Beach is just luck? Not quite.

A little patience and the right approach go a long way—walk slower, scan the shoreline in sections, and check areas where shells naturally collect after the tide shifts. That’s usually where you’ll come across sand dollars, scallops, coquinas, and other hidden finds. 🐚

You don’t always need big plans for a memorable evening. Sometimes it’s just a walk by the water in Navarre Beach and good company 🌊

What’s the first thing you do when you get to the beach?

Looking for something different during your trip to Navarre Beach? About 35 minutes away, Blackwater River State Park is one of those places that still feels like a hidden gem.

Known for its clear, tea-colored water, white sandbanks, and quiet stretches of river, it is a great spot to spend the day tubing, kayaking, swimming, or just relaxing in nature.

If you have a free afternoon during your Navarre Beach trip, this is worth the short drive.
