Public Statement:
Today, we are asking the public's help in getting a criminal off the streets who has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from citizens in East Texas. The subject's name is Derick Alan Leger, who lives in Nederland, Texas. He was arrested on more than 8 charges in the last few weeks, on charges of scamming the public. The cost again has been in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We are looking for witnesses and possible other victims of his scams. There is a possibility that his wife may be helping him, and she has started a threat campaign against the victims.
If you have had any add-ons, homebuilding, repairs, or remodeling to your home (s) in East Texas, and you are a victim, please see the attached flyer for how to contact investigators on our team, and how to possibly become part of a class action suit to regain what you have lost.
We are not a law firm, and we are working with councils all over Southeast Texas to garner evidence against Leger.
