We provide funding for:
- wheelchair ramps to residents in need
- Wisconsin Lions Camp in Rosholt
- International Leader Dog program
We also recycle eyeglasses and hearing aids, we've sponsored local families for the Boys' and Girls' Brigade Christmas Giving program, provide dictionaries to all Neenah 3rd graders and large print books to the Neenah Library, and participated in the Roosevelt Commu
nity Soupster. Our main fundraisers for this year include spring Rose Sales, Octoberfest in Appleton and the 4th of July Community Fest in Neenah's Riverside Park. Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems get smaller. And communities get better. That's because we help where help is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy. Our 45,000 clubs and 1.35 million members make us the world's largest service club organization. We're also one of the most effective. We get the job done. People can help Lions in several ways: Join the Lions; contribute to the Lions; donate old eye glasses and hearing aids; donate eyes; donate used or unused handicapped equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom assists, beds, lifters, etc.
