✨ Beach Season Update — 2026 ✨

Our first round of beach testing took place on Monday, May 18, 2026, and we’re happy to share that all beaches came back safe for swimming.

This year, we’re expanding our monitoring to include blue‑green algae. Using visual assessments, and additional readings when needed—we may close a beach if E. coli levels or blue‑green algae pose a health risk.

If an advisory or closure is posted, it will clearly indicate whether it’s due to E. coli or blue‑green algae.
