⚽ Fall Youth Soccer Registration Announcement ⚽

It's almost time for another season of Youth Fall Soccer!

Registration forms will be available beginning August 19th and will be accepted through the beginning of September.

Registration Forms Available At:
• Neillsville City Hall
• Neillsville School Offices
• By email upon request
• At the first session on Tuesday, September 1

Program Information
• Tuesdays in September (5 sessions)
• Practice Football Field

Session Times
• Kindergarten–1st Grade: 4:30–5:15 PM
• 2nd–6th Grade: 5:15–6:00 PM

Registration Fee
• $20 per child
• $40 family maximum

No previous soccer experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to participate!

🏐 Women's Summer Volleyball League Update 🏐

As we head into our final full week of Women's Summer Volleyball League play, the standings are beginning to solidify, and tonight's matches will have major implications for the championship race!

🏀 Youth 3-on-3 Basketball Reminder 🏀

A reminder that today is the final day of the Neillsville Recreation Department's Youth 3-on-3 Basketball Program!

📍 Location: Neillsville Fieldhouse
🕧 Time: 12:30–2:00 PM

Program t-shirts will be distributed today to participants who attended at least 4 of the program's sessions. Please show up early so shirt distribution can be done before playing time.

Thank you to everyone who participated this summer. We appreciate all of the players and families who made this year's program a success, and we hope to see you again at future Recreation Department programs!

🥏 Youth Disc Golf Program Announcement 🥏

The Neillsville Recreation Department is once again excited to offer their Youth Disc Golf Program beginning the second week of August!

Program Dates:
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
August 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th and 25th.
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Meet at the Schuster Park Pavilion

The program is open to youth ages 16 and under and is a great opportunity to learn the game, improve your skills, and enjoy the outdoors.

With the addition of four new disc golf holes, Schuster Park now features a full 18-hole course!

Program Information:
• No registration fee
• No experience necessary
• Discs will be provided for participants who do not have their own

Come out and enjoy a fun morning of disc golf with us at Schuster Park. We hope to see you there!

Youth 3-on-3 Basketball Update

Due to maintenance in the Fieldhouse, our final Youth 3-on-3 Basketball session originally scheduled for Thursday, July 30, has been canceled.

Our final session will now be held on Tuesday, August 4th, from 12:30–2:00 PM.

We will also be handing out Youth 3-on-3 program t-shirts during the final session to participants who attended at least half of the program's sessions (4 out of 8).

We hope to see everyone next week!

🏀 6th Grade Girls Basketball Players Needed! 🏀

The Neillsville 6th Grade Girls Great Northwest Basketball team is looking for players for the upcoming season!

Coach Brandon Wampole will be leading the team this year, but we need a minimum of 7 players in order to field a team.

Season Information:

Great Northwest Basketball season runs from late October through the end of March.
Registration deadline: August 25th (one month before the first tournament). Tournament dates tbd however all tournaments are on Saturdays.

Men's 14" Softball League Update

Here is the updated schedule for the remainder of the Men's 14" Softball League season.

Beginning this Thursday, teams will start playing doubleheaders as we move on to the second half of our season. Doubleheaders will continue through mid-August, weather permitting.

We're also excited to announce that this will be the first time games will be played on the new Listeman Field! We look forward to breaking in the new field and seeing some great softball over the next few weeks.

Come on out and support your favorite team as we head into the second half of the season. We hope to see you at both Listeman Fields!

The next two weeks of Men's 14" Softball League play will the makeup games that were cancelled due to rain on June 4th and June 11th. There is also a slight schedule change for next Thursday's games (7/23).
