Hocking Valley Scenic Railway www.hvsry.org The funds we acquire go right back into the railroad primarily via track and equipment maintenance, and restoration projects.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of historic railroad equipment for the education and entertainment of the the general public. We offer both diesel and
steam-powered train rides along a section of the former Chesapeake & Ohio Hocking Division, which was once part of the original Hocking Valley Railway (1865-1930). Please consider joining us a volunteer member. Visit https://www.hvsry.org/volunteer/ to find out how.

Guess who's coming to Nelsonville in just over a month. If you guessed Santa, you're correct!

Our Santa Trains are back again, and now's the perfect time to purchase tickets. This has been a popular family-friendly train for nearly 50 years!

The train will be decorated inside and out, and Santa himself will walk the train to visit children. He might even be joined by some friends (subject to availability). Each child will also receive a candy cane! The train will be decorated both inside and out.
