The Neosho Housing Authority is an independent agency that maintains 49 Apartments for seniors & the disabled at the Oaks apartments, and 30 family units at The Summit View location. These units are affordable housing for elderly, disabled & families. We do allow small cat

s and dogs with a pet deposit All pets must be spayed/neutered. The Neosho Housing Authority is a Public Housing Agency (PHA). A PHA is a governmental or public body that is authorized by the State to engage in or assist in the development or operation of housing for low income families. Public Housing programs are managed by a variety of organizations- housing agencies, local government departments, non-profit organizations, and private property managers. In the public housing arena the agency acts as the landlord.

Hey! Everyone! I know you've been stressing, and I wanted to come on here and let you know: The NSPIRE inspection has been completed all 20 units that were chosen for the inspection did an excellent job representing the community! Thank you all for your cooperation and for REPORTING THOSE WORKORDERS!! b/c we only have minor things to fix and the Guys are already on it!! This is why we have such a great Community!!

Hey Neosho and Newton County citizens.....how many of you knew that 86 through Neosho is closed down? It is because they are putting a new bridge in at N Valley St. This is effecting businesses down there so I want you all to know they are OPEN for business and you can get to them. X Sell Auto, C-V Glass & Tint, Tacos El Paisa, JJ's Locos, Dude's House of Donuts and there may be more!
I believe farmers and small businesses drive our economy so let's support them as we can!

Hey everyone at the Oaks I apologize for this inconvenience but one of our elevator phones seems to have been damaged in the storm. Both elevators are good, the fire panel will be beeping until Corey and Shawn Walker come and fix it. (Praying tomorrow) So as annoying as the beeping is it will not stop until we get in the office. Because it's actually doing its job alerting us there is a problem. I am so sorry for the annoyance but it will be fixed soon!!
