We finished off last week by celebrating our students and staff! 🐾💙

At our August Achievement Assembly, we learned how to cheer on our peers and celebrated:

📚 Wildcat Readers — students who are already showing their love of literacy this year!

⭐ Class of Character — Ms. Brown’s 2nd grade class and Mrs. Swagerty’s Pre-K class for being ready to lead in the hallways and follow hallway expectations!

🐾 Wildcat Spirit — Mrs. Baysinger for always being a team player with a positive attitude!

And our staff got a visit from the Sunshine Cart! ☀️💛

We are so proud of our Wildcats! What a great way to start the school year! 🎉

🎨 Benton Color Days are here! 🌈

Our kindergarten Wildcats are learning their colors, and we’d love for our whole Benton community to join in the fun! Wear the color of the day with us and help our littlest Wildcats learn along the way! 🐾

❤️ Tuesday — RED
🧡 Wednesday — ORANGE
💛 Thursday — YELLOW
💚Friday — Green

And yes… we know red usually comes first. But after that Wildcat victory over Ozark, we figured we’d give red a couple of days to recover before we wear it. 😉🏈🐾

🏈🖤💛 What a way to start a Friday!

A HUGE thank you to our Wildcat Football Team for joining us at morning drop-off today! Our students were greeted with high-fives, smiles, and plenty of Wildcat spirit as they stepped out of their cars and headed into school.

Our kids absolutely loved seeing the “big Wildcats” cheering them on this morning! Moments like these remind our students that they are part of something bigger — one Wildcat family, building each other up. 🐾

Thank you, Wildcats, for making our students feel so special this morning!

🐾 Some New Faces + Some Familiar Ones! 🖤💛

Our teaching team has three additions this year, and we’re pretty excited about this group!

For two of these Wildcats, Benton already feels like home—they’re returning to our school in new teaching roles, and we couldn’t be happier to have them back. 💛

And for our newest Wildcat, we’re excited to officially say welcome to Benton! We’re so glad you chose to join our team and our school family.

All three have already jumped right in, building relationships with students, supporting their teammates, and helping us start the year strong.

Help us celebrate our returning Wildcats and newest Wildcat and wish them a wonderful year! 🐾
