A Special City Council Meeting of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida, will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

The purpose of the Special Meeting will be the first public hearing for the tentative millage rate and budget for FY2026-2027.

Immediately following the above-noted special meeting, the Regular City Council Meeting will take place at the same location.
