🔥MUTUAL AID BOX ALARM ASSIGNMENT🔥 8/12/26 at approx. 14:45 Station 35 was requested into the Wanamaasa section of Ocean Township on a box alarm assignment for a fire in a single family dwelling. Engine 75 responded and operated on scene for approx. 1 hour before being released by command.

🔥MUTUAL AID ASSIGNMENT🔥 7/29/26 Engine 75 and Chief 66 were requested into Upper Freehold Township as part of the tanker task force to support units operating at a 2nd alarm fire. Units assisted in establishing a tanker fill site at Millstone Township Fire Headquarters before being relocated to Freehold Township on a regional cover assignment.

🔥FIRST DUE BOX ALARM🔥 7/12/26 at approx. 12:15 Station 35 was alerted to a reported fire in the Brighton Arms 2 apartment complex. Avon Chief 86-66 arrived and confirmed the working fire and transmitted a box alarm. Engines 74, 75 and 76 responded and with help from our mutual aid partners the fire was quickly placed under control. Units operated for approximately 3 hours.

On 7/6/2026 Neptune City received unprecedented rainfall totaling in almost 6 inches within a few hours. This resulted in widespread flooding throughout many areas of the borough. With the help of assets from Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties, Neptune City Office of Emergency Management, Neptune City DPW , neptune_city_police, and Station 35 units handled multiple calls for subjects trapped by floodwaters in vehicles and buildings. We would like to extend our gratitude to the mutual aid partners that assisted us in our rescue efforts. Monmouth County Fire Marshal's Office and Fire Academy, Monmouth County Sheriff's Office , Monmouth County OEM, Neptune Township OEM , Flagtown Fire/Rescue , Flemington-Raritan RescueSquad , Kingwood Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Point Pleasant First Aid & Emergency Squad , Avon First Aid Squad , Herbertsville Fire Company No. 1 and Wall Fire District No. 1 .

🇺🇸 FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND🇺🇸 This weekend the members of Station 35 stayed busy. On the 2nd we provided coverage in Avon during the Bradley Beach fireworks. On the 3rd Engine 76 and Chief 66 relocated to Sandy Hook to provide coverage to the Seabright area during their annual fireworks and Sail 250. While in Seabright Engines 74 and 75 along with Chief 67 handled multiple calls for service in our first due area. After handling the in town incidents Engine 75 and Chief 66 responded into Spring Lake on a 3rd alarm assignment for a fire in a mixed use occupancy. After retuning from Spring Lake in the early morning hours of the 4th, Engine 75 responded into the City of Long Branch on a 2nd alarm assignment to cover the city while they operated on the scene of a residential fire.

Engine 75 arrived as third due engine and crews assisted in the location and suppression of the fire. Engine 75 and Chief 66 operated for approx. 45 minutes before being released by command.

🔥MUTUAL AID BOX ALARM ASSIGNMENT🔥 4/17/26 at approx. 6:10 Station 35 was requested into Avon on a box alarm assignment. Units from Station 86 arrived and located a fire in an outdoor kitchen. Engine 75 arrived and assisted with overhaul.

🚒TANKER TASK FORCE ASSIGNMENT🚒 5/5/26 at approx 13:40 Station 35 was requested into Freehold Township on a tanker task force assignment. Upon arrival Engine 75 was upgraded to the scene to assist in overhaul and suppression. Engine 75 operated for approx. 2 hours until being released by command.
