September 2026 Arrest Blotter
On September 2, 2026, Patrolman Zachary Veitch arrested a 45-year-old Wall Township male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; after a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. Ptl. Veitch was assisted by Patrolman Adam Hubeny and Patrolman Cole Emmons.
On September 3, 2026, Patrolman Zachary Veitch arrested a 40-year-old Boynton Beach, Fl male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; after a Motor Vehicle Stop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released on his own recognizance. Ptl. Veitch was assisted by Sergeant Andrew Hallgring, Patrolman Adam Hubeny, and Patrolman Seunwoo Kim.
On September 5, 2026, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 41-year-old Bradley Beach female, who was found to have a warrant for her arrest; after a Field Contact. Additionally, the female was charged with CDS Possession and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately turned over to the Wall Township Police Department. Ptl. Flanagan was assisted by Sergeant Andrew Hallgring and Patrolman Christopher Devlin.
On September 6, 2026, Patrolman Seunwoo Kim arrested a 46-year-old Wall Township male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; subsequent to a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released on his own recognizance. Ptl. Kim was assisted by Patrolman Matthew Edwards.
On September 8, 2026, Patrolman Cole Emmons arrested a 45-year-old Freehold Township male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; after a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released on his own recognizance. Ptl. Emmons was assisted by Patrolman Zachary Campbell.
On September 8, 2026, Patrolman Cole Emmons arrested a 54-year-old Asbury Park male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; after a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately turned over to the Asbury Park Police Department. Ptl. Emmons was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Morgan and Patrolman Zachary Campbell.
On September 8, 2026, Sergeant Andrew Hallgring arrested a 38-year-old Asbury Park male, for Obstruction. The subject was taken into custody and then released on a Summons, pending a future court date. Sgt. Hallgring was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Morgan, Patrolman Zachary Campbell, and Officer Maggie Freeman.
On September 12, 2026, Patrolman Christopher VanBrunt arrested a 36-year-old Neptune Township female, for Driving while Intoxicated; after a Motor Vehicle Stop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released in accordance with John’s Law. Ptl. VanBrunt was assisted by Patrolman Matthew Edwards and Patrolman Zachary Veitch.
On September 18, 2026, Christopher VanBrunt arrested a 62-year-old Asbury Park male, for multiple warrants for his arrest as well as Burglary; after a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution. Ptl. VanBrunt was assisted by Sergeant Mark Mazzeo and Patrolman Zachary Veitch.
On September 20, 2026, Patrolman Christopher Devlin arrested a 49-year-old Asbury Park male, for Trespassing; after a call for service. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released in accordance with John’s Law. Ptl. Devlin was assisted by Sergeant Thomas Holmstedt.
On September 23, 2026, Patrolman Christopher VanBrunt arrested a 39-year-old Neptune City female, who was found to have a warrant for her arrest; after a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately released on her own recognizance. Ptl. VanBrunt was assisted by Lieutenant Michael Vollbrecht, Segreant Janell Pyzik, and Patrolman Christopher Delvin.
On September 24, 2026, Patrolman Christopher VanBrunt arrested a 36-year-old Asbury Park male, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest; after a Motor Vehicle Stop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and then ultimately turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. Ptl. VanBrunt was assisted by Patrolman Christopher Devlin.
Despite these charges, all subjects are presumed innocent, until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
