In partnership with PJE & Sons, we are proud to announce our brand new listing in Toms River, NJ! We are offering a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch home in the western part of Toms River. This is shared housing / rent by room for individuals (and couples) looking for affordable housing. Home comes furnished with a bed, linens and towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, wi-fi with a computer station and printer, off street parking, and once weekly maid service. Rooms will have privacy locks, cameras in common areas, tv in each bedroom, washer/dryer included. One month security and first month's rent to move in. WE ACCEPT VOUCHERS. Voucher rates based off HUD's FMR schedule for 2024 (zip 08757). Private pay rates: master bedroom with full bath $1650 ideal for couples; other rooms $1500 each. It was great seeing the turnout at St. Luke's Church tonight regarding the homelessness crisis in Tom's River and Ocean County at large. A special thank you to Tom's River Housing and Homeless Coalition, St. Luke's and St. Vincent DePaul Church for bringing the community together! Collaboration will help strengthen our collective efforts and bring about much needed change to Ocean County residents.
