Students from Lenape Valley High School enrolled in an Architecture class had the opportunity to tour the construction at 39 Ledgewood Avenue In Netcong. They met with an Architect from Dream Concepts. Students toured the construction site, reviewed the blue prints, and observed how the construction was progressing. -

Borough Hall will close for Memorial Day at 12:00 today and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26 at 8:30am. Summer hours to begin next week.

A a reminder, the Borough's summer hours are as follows:

Monday - Wednesday: 8:30-4:30
Thursday: 8:30-6:30
Friday: 8:30-12:00

We would like to congratulate Sgt. Joe Matits, Ptl. Miguel Pardo, and all of the Police Unity Tour riders who successfully completed their four-day bicycle ride to Washington, D.C.

These riders travel hundreds of miles with one mission: to remember and honor the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

“We Ride for Those Who Died” is more than just a motto — it is a powerful reminder that our fallen heroes will never be forgotten.

This week, we recognize National EMS Week 2026 and extend our sincere appreciation to the dedicated EMTs, paramedics, and emergency medical personnel who serve our community every day.

This year’s theme, “Improving Outcomes, Together,” highlights the important collaboration between EMS professionals, 911 dispatchers, public safety agencies, hospitals, and healthcare providers in delivering lifesaving care when it matters most.

We extend a special recognition and thanks to
Stanhope-Netcong American Legion Ambulance Corps (SNALAC). Thank you for responding to emergencies at all hours, often under difficult and stressful circumstances, while providing compassionate care to residents during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
