Who is eligible for WIC?
• Missouri residents.
• Household income at 185% or below the federal poverty income guidelines.
• Pregnant women, women breastfeeding an infant up to the infant's first birthday, postpartum women up to six months after delivery or end of pregnancy, infants up to their first birthday and children up to their 5th birthday.

The WIC Approved Food List changed October 1. Check the approved food list at https://health.mo.gov/living/families/wic/approved-food-list.php and on the WICShopper app before shopping.

WIC participants will receive the same amount of food with the same nutritional value each month. You will continue to receive the higher dollar amount for fruit and vegetable purchases each month! $26, $47, $52 or $78, depending on category.
