Today, we remember Koran Bethel, a young member of our community whose life touched many in his 12 years.
Our hearts are with his family, friends, neighbors, and all those who loved him during this incredibly difficult time. May they find comfort in the memories they shared and strength in the support of those around them.
Rest peacefully, Koran . You will be missed. ❀️

Koran "King" Bethel, 12, died in Saturday's Jackson County crash while his mother remains on life support with serious injuries. The New Albany neighborhood where he lived has fallen silent since the tragedy.

β˜€οΈπŸ“š School’s out and summer is officially here! πŸŽ‰

As our neighborhoods fill with kids playing outside, bikes rolling through the community, and families enjoying the sunshine, we want to wish all of our NAHA students and families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer break! πŸ’™

As we kick off the season, here are a few friendly community reminders:
πŸš— Please slow down while driving through our neighborhoods, children will be outside more often throughout the day.
🧹 Help keep outdoor areas, sidewalks, and common spaces clear of clutter to keep our communities safe and welcoming for everyone.
πŸ‘€ Look out for your neighbors and help us continue building strong, connected communities where everyone feels supported.

Summer is one of the best times to come together, enjoy community events, and make memories with family and friends.

Here’s to a safe and wonderful summer at NAHA! β˜€οΈπŸ‘

Being part of the NAHA community means working together to keep our homes safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. 🏑✨

Per your lease agreement, residents are responsible for maintaining their unit in a clean and safe condition and helping protect the quality of our communities for neighbors, families, and visitors alike.

We also want to remind residents that:
πŸ”Ή Needed repairs should be reported to NAHA promptly. Delaying repair requests or failing to report issues may be considered contributing to additional damage that occurs.
πŸ”Ή Residents may be held responsible for damage caused by household members or guests, including repair costs beyond normal wear and tear.
πŸ”Ή Proper housekeeping and timely communication help prevent larger maintenance issues and support a healthier living environment for all.

Our goal is always to work together to preserve quality housing and strong communities across NAHA properties. Thank you to the many residents who take pride in their homes and help make our neighborhoods great places to live. πŸ’™
