Peggy's Place Adult Life Center

Peggy’s Place, our Adult Life Center program, is for seniors or those with disabilities.

“Peggy’s Place is named after my mother, Peggy Phelps,” said Ginger Jones, Co-founder of Diversified Nurse Consultants and Peggy’s Place. “She spent many years caring for her younger sister Joyce, who was born with cerebral palsy. Then she served as her parents’ caregiver after her mom got Alzheimer’s.”

When Jones’ daughter suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident and required months o

f close supervision, Jones and her business partner Tracy Book , at DNC came up with the idea for Peggy’s Place. “We want Peggy’s Place to be somewhere everybody can feel at home and be treated like family,” Jones said. Peggy’s Place, our Adult Life Center program, is for seniors or those with disabilities who need a place to spend the day while their caregivers work. Named after a beloved caregiver, Peggy’s Place exists to enrich your loved one’s life and support dedicated caregivers like you. Daily group and individual activities are designed to engage each person, stimulate the senses, promote brain ability — and to make every day something to look forward to.

Teamwork makes the dream work! 🙌🧺
We had so much fun playing “Nice Catch!” Participants took turns tossing the balls backwards while their teammates worked to catch them in their baskets. 🎯

The best part? All the encouragement, laughter, and cheering from everyone! 💛 It’s always a great day when we’re staying active, having fun, and supporting one another.

🍦🎯 Beating the heat with some cool fun! ☀️
It’s HOT outside, so we decided to think cool thoughts! Our participants put their Nerf target skills to the test by aiming for the scoops on our ice cream cone targets. The challenge? Knock the scoop right off the cone! 🍦💥

💙 In Loving Memory of Dr. Suresh Lohano 💙
Today, as we mark the second anniversary of Dr. Suresh Lohano's passing, we pause to reflect on the remarkable life he lived and the lasting impact he made on so many.

Dr. Lohano's passion for helping others extended far beyond medicine. He built Premier Primary Care and Peggy’s Place on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of his patients. Those values continue to guide us each day.

Not a day goes by that he isn't remembered. His wisdom, kindness, and unwavering dedication continue to inspire our family, our team, and the community he cared for so deeply.

While we miss him tremendously, we are grateful for the legacy he left behind, a legacy that lives on through every patient served, every life touched, and every act of compassion shown in his name.

Today, we honor not only the physician he was, but also the husband, father, mentor, and friend who meant so much to so many.

Your legacy lives on, Dr. Suresh Lohano. You are deeply missed and forever remembered. 💙

🏖️☀️ Summer has arrived at Peggy’s Place!
Our room is decorated with warm beach vibes, bringing a little sunshine indoors. Of course, no beach day would be complete without those pesky seagulls swooping in to steal your snacks! 😆

Today, our participants took on the challenge of scaring away the seagulls using Nerf guns. There was lots of laughter, friendly competition, and impressive aim as everyone joined in the fun!

We celebrated with our Ring-A-Dad-Ding ring toss challenge, Men’s Car Trivia, and plenty of delicious desserts. Most of all, we enjoyed spending time together and honoring the amazing men who bring so much wisdom, laughter, and kindness to our community.
