📣 Provide support as a Program Manager – Supported Living!

Lead with purpose at Rauch, Inc. We’re seeking a compassionate, organized Program Manager to oversee Supported Living services, support staff, and help individuals with disabilities live independently and thrive in their communities.

✨ Position highlights:
•Full-time
•Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
•24/7 on-call rotation required
•Supervise and coach DSPs and Home Leaders
•Help ensure quality, person-centered services across Supported Living homes
•Work directly with individuals served, families, providers, and community partners 🤝

📍 Location: Charlestown, IN

A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of direct-service experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Supervisory experience is helpful.

Rauch, Inc. is looking for a compassionate, experienced leader who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. As the Director of Children Services, you will help lead a team committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and compliant services.

In this role, you will:
👥 Supervise and support agency staff and oversee the utilization of independent contractors.
🛡️ Help ensure quality services that support children and families
🤝 Collaborate with agency leadership to advance Rauch’s mission and goals

We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, planning, and budgeting skills, along with:

🎓 A Master’s Degree and 1 year of related administrative experience, or
🎓 A Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional and/or administrative experience
📍 Location: New Albany, IN
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week
