The speed limit signs have been upgraded on the east and west end of Main Street. It's our attempt to reduce speed through town.
There will be approximately 7 culverts replaced around town in the near future. The repairs will be done by the Wilson County on streets they maintain. Please watch out for closures and heavy equipment.
The City is sponsoring a Farmers Market at 6th and Main, Saturday, June 27 from 7am to noon. More details coming soon. (City Hall)

What would you do if you were contacted by a neighbor or deputy, saying that your child had been injured or worse in an accident on the corner of 6th and North Street, in New Albany?
Our City streets have the same rules and regulations as county roads and state highways. There was a vehicle coming from from the other way.
Off road vehicles have their place.....mostly off road.......Let's teach our children well
