🚒 Meet Your Rep: Mike Sipin 🚒

Serving Northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Western UP, Mike Sipin has been part of the Conway Shield team for six years and brings 38 years of fire service experience to the departments he serves.

After retiring from a 30-year career in the fire service, Mike remains active with Arbor Vitae Fire Rescue and has spent three decades teaching within the Wisconsin Technical College System.

When he’s not serving the fire service, Mike enjoys spending time on the pontoon and staying busy with projects around the house. 🚤

For Mike, customer service comes first. He enjoys working with departments to help them find the right equipment and PPE to keep their crews safe and prepared.

🚒 Meet Your Rep: Steve Florian 🚒

Serving Michigan, Steve has been part of the Conway Shield team since 2017 and brings more than 30 years of fire service experience to the departments he serves.

Steve serves with the Detroit Fire Department's Squad Company 3 and is a longtime FDIC instructor, helping train firefighters from across the country.

When he's not working, you'll likely find him supporting his kids at sports events and spending time with family. ⚾👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

For Steve, it's all about making sure customers get the right equipment for the job and the knowledge they need to make confident decisions.
