At River Station, ownership also makes you part of the association that runs the marina — so the community manages its own quiet, gated water. It's a different thing than renting space at a commercial marina.

The 60' wet slips are the largest here — standard and wide layouts, including two extra-wide with 𝟭𝟬' 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 for larger cruisers, trawlers, and sailboats.

• With the 50' slips gone, the 60' slips are the largest berths here
