The holiday season is in full swing and we are recognizing the end of Chanukah, the wintertime "festival of lights."
Ms. Rebecca reads with permission from Little Simon Publishing, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, "Spin the Dreidel!" written by Alexandra Cooper and illustrated by Claudine Gévry.
Ms. Shirin helps Ms. Rebecca demonstrate how to light the candles of the Menorah. Then sing along to the piggyback song, "I Am Lighting All the Candles" as the menorah's eight candles are lit.

The New Bern-Craven County Public Library will open its doors at the temporary library location, 408 Hancock Street beginning Monday, December 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

The Library will be closed on Friday, December 1st and Saturday, December 2nd for the relocation.

Library's operational hours beginning December 4th:
Monday through Thursday ~ 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday ~ 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

We look forward to seeing and serving all our patrons!

All Craven-Pamlico Regional Library locations will close at 6 pm on Wednesday, November 22nd. Each location will remain closed on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday November 24th.
Please be aware that our New Bern-Craven County Public Library location will also be closed on Saturday, November 25th.
