What if the most powerful tool for quality of life in dementia wasn't a pill, but music? 🎶 After 20 years of advocacy, music has proven to spark far more than improved mood. It reduces falls, pain, depression, and anxiety. It improves memory, speech, gait, and social connection. It eases caregiver stress. It starts with reaching families early, when they can share which songs and artists matter most to them.

An estimated 5 million, or 1 in 10, older Americans experience elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Working together across our networks, we can generate awareness and foster action to end elder abuse. Let’s work to keep everyone safe as we age.
