Instead of Food Truck Friday, we will be having a Food Truck Thursday this week!

This time, we have Mealtime Madness serving up at the library on Thursday, May 28th from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Based in Johnsonburg, PA, Mealtime Madness specializes in classic food truck grub, such as fries, burgers, quesadillas, and more!

For those who are interested in donating food & drink supplies for our Purse Bingo Bash event, we finally have a set list for what we need.

Each item listed equates to one item that can be donated. Donations can be dropped off at the library (preferably before Friday, June 19th). Your help and support helps us immensely!

Another Food Truck Friday is among us! This time, Knapp-Kins will by stopping by the library on Friday, May 22nd, from 11 AM to 4 PM, serving some food truck classics, such as pizza, fries, nachos, & more!

The Penn State Extension will be hosting a free Water Testing program at the library on Wednesday, June 3rd at 1 PM.

A workshop dedicated to providing knowledge and tools to private well or spring owners (or anyone) in protecting their water source, property, and health.

What an amazing time we had last Saturday at our RemakeLearningDays event -- Imagine, Create, Read!

Families explored, created and discovered through three hands-on activity stations inspired by books available in our collection. Participants designed and built their own windmills, challenged their creativity with Lego and block building and expressed themselves by creating colorful masterpieces for our surprise mural.

Families also received a take-home bridge kit challenge to continue the STEM fun beyond the library, and children were entered for chances to win one of three fun door prizes!

It was wonderful to see so many families learning through play, working together and connecting stories from books to real-world creativity. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a morning of imagination, learning and artistic fun at the library!

We also want to extend a huge thank you to Riverview Intermediate Unit #6, Kristen Landers and all of the volunteers who helped make this event possible for our community. Your support is greatly appreciated!

We are selling tickets for two individual raffle prizes.

One is for a handmade, wooden outdoor Nativity set made by Terry George while the other is for a hammock (all of them being $2 per ticket).

The two lucky winners will be drawn during Purse Bash on Friday, June 19th (you do not have to attend Purse Bash to win). Tickets can be purchased here at the library.
