The burn ban is in effect for the unincorporated areas of Comal County as of August 21st, 2026 at 6:00 am. Please follow all burn ban rules and hopefully we will receive some much needed rainfall soon. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at 830-643-3748. Thank you.

As of 10:00 am this morning the burn ban has been temporarily lifted for the unincorporated areas of Comal County until 6:00 am Wednesday morning. The signs and website will still say the burn ban is on. Please be safe and remember to follow all TCEQ Burn Rules. Please contact our office at 830-643-3748 if you have any questions. Thank you.
