NEDP (National External Diploma Program):
The NEDP is a national, competency-based high school completion program geared
toward adults who have extensive life experiences. It is ideal for those who cannot attend regularly scheduled classes due to job, family, or other responsibilities. NEDP offers credit for work and life achievements, confidentiality, flexible hours, and demonstration of knowledge and skills through real-life activities. NEDP candidates will demonstrate high school level abilities through a series of assessment tasks completed at home and during one-on-one meetings arranged at a convenient time with a trained NEDP assessor. AHSCDP (Adult High School Credit Diploma Program). The AHSCDP Program is a way for students who withdraw from school to complete their high school education, by earning credits for specific core and elective courses. At the time of registration, students must present a signed parent withdrawal form (17 years old only), and an official transcript.

ABOUT FINANCIAL TRAUMA

Financial Trauma isn't just about money; it's about lived experiences, cultural narratives, and emotional wounds that shape how we think, feel, and act with our finances.
Financial Trauma is any instance, observed or experienced, that has a negative impact on the way someone views, interacts with, or believes about money.
Financial trauma is often a lasting emotional or psychological wound caused by severe financial hardship, such as poverty, debt, or financial abuse.
Financial trauma causes stress responses like panic, avoidance (not opening bills), or hypervigilance (constantly checking money), affecting about 68% of U.S. adults.
Healing from financial trauma often involves therapy and building healthier financial habits.
