Registration is now open for the International Observe the Moon Night event at the John Clyde Memorial Native Grassland Preserve!

Join the Franklin Township Trails Advisory Committee and the Franklin Township Astronomy Club on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

🎒 What to Bring & Tips:
Seating: Bring a comfortable reclining lawn chair or a blanket to sit on the grass.
Clothing: Dress in warm layers as temperatures tend to drop quickly after dark.
Lighting: To protect everyone's night vision, please use red-filtered flashlights or headlamps only.
Protection: Don't forget your insect repellent.
