FIFA World Cup final match. Emergency Services continues to support NJFireSafety and Meadowlands Fire Department - NJSEA. For the final match, our mission was modified to provide landing zone support.

Due to President Trump’s arrival at the match by Helicopter, our staff assigned to Rescue 1 and Decon unit were proud to partner with 177th Fighter Wing, NJANG and the NJ FMBA Local 177 Professional Firefighters in addition to Meadowlands Fire Department to provide critical landing zone Heavy Rescue coverage in addition to technical Decon services.

Earlier this evening, Emergency Services was requested by Middlesex County OEM to respond to East Brunswick to support a water rescue operation. Medical Ambulance Bus 7 (MAB7) responded and established rehab operations until released by command.

Emergency Services HazMat staff were tasked to assist in a lab clean out earlier this week. Crews provided logistical support and stood by to support the clean out operations.

Emergency Services was providing firefighter rehab services in South Plainfield this morning at the scene of a 3 alarm house fire with our Medical Ambulance Bus (MAB). Crews worked alongside South Plainfield EMS and South Plainfield Volunteer Fire Department.

Emergency Services is currently standing by at NYNJ Stadium for FIFA World Cup Game 7. We are proud to partner with Meadowlands Fire Department - NJSEA and NJFireSafety to provide HazMat Decon services.

Emergency Services is currently assisting New Market Fire Department and the Piscataway Fire Marshal’s Office with our fire cart at their annual firework display.

Emergency Services is providing coverage at SHI Stadium the the Rev, White And Blue concert during today’s record heat conditions. In advance of the event, staffing levels were increased through our mutual aid partners and additional EMS treatment and cooling stations were established.
