At Town Clock CDC, we’re working every day to provide safe housing and access to therapeutic counseling so survivors can begin to heal, feel supported, and move forward with confidence.

What does real support look like for survivors of domestic violence? 💜

At Town Clock CDC, Case Manager Kelly Harper-Edwards works one-on-one with survivors— helping them navigate the transition to independence with care, guidance, and a plan for what comes next.

From connecting them to essential programs to building action plans for safety, prevention, and stability—this work is about more than resources. It’s about restoring confidence and creating a path forward.

Many survivors come from low-income backgrounds, facing barriers that can make starting over feel overwhelming. But with the right support, incredible things happen.

✨ Earning a GED or certificate
✨ Securing a job
✨ Buying a first car
✨ Reaching milestones that once felt out of reach

And behind every milestone is someone who believed in them.
