Good afternoon ,

Please be advised The New Buffalo City Fire Department IS NOT selling t-shirts and the company, Proud Alumni Circle, claiming to be selling t-shirts or any other apparel has NOT been authorized to use the N.B.C.F.D. patch or logo. Please do not purchase anything from them. Their claim that any proceeds benefit the N.B.C.F.D. is an outright lie and a scam.

Thank you, and as always, Stay Safe Out There!

Here we are, again.
In just a few hours 2025 will be drawing to a close.

As you celebrate the end of another year, take a few moments to reflect on the good that happen in 2025.

Take a few moments to honor the friends and family we have lost.
Take a few moments to cherish the friends and family we have.
Take a few moments to be to remember the challenges we overcame.
Take a few moments for yourself, you have earned it.

From all of us at the New Buffalo City Fire Department, we wish you a Very Happy New Year.

May the BEST of what came your way in 2025 be the worst that comes your way in 2026!

And as always, Stay Safe Out There!!

PLEASE SHARE!!

BOL for a suspicious occupied vehicle which was last seen heading in a southerly direction from the North Pole to the Berrien County.

The vehicle has been described as a Large sleigh type vehicle, red in color, bearing a registration of SANTA-1, being pulled by 9 tiny reindeer, with the lead reindeer isdescribed as having a bright, shiny red nose.

The vehicle is also said to contain a very large bag of toys.

This vehicle's driver is know to use the aliases of Father Christmas, Saint Nicholas and Kris Kringle, however the subject is most commonly known as Santa Claus.

Additionally, the vehicle may also be occupied by multiple elf-like individuals that are helping Santa Claus with his deliveries.

Santa Claus in the past has been known to slip in and out of houses virtually undetected leaving lots of presents under Christmas trees and in Christmas stockings. The only things found missing after he leaves are milk and cookies.

It is believed that Santa Claus will be entering Berrien County sometime late this evening to complete his deliveries.

Anyone coming in contact with this vehicle and/or subject, please do not detain, due to the importance of his deliveries.

Just wish him a very Merry Christmas from New Buffalo City Fire Department and send him on his way.

On this night 24 years ago, 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights.

2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning.

343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift.

60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol.

8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift.

None of them saw past 10:30am Sept 11, 2001.

In one single moment life may never be the same.

As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted.

Never forget 9/11.
