Another summer has come to an end at New Buffalo Beach.

The City of New Buffalo would like to thank everyone who came to visit us this summer. We hope you had an enjoyable experience, and we hope to see you again.

A huge thank you to the entire staff! Thank you lifeguards for keeping everyone safe and informed, and beach staff for keeping everything clean.

Please keep the following in mind if you choose to visit the city beach in the off season.

We no longer have lifeguards or are using the flag warning system. Please use caution if you choose to enter the water.

The concession stand is now closed for the season.

The bathrooms will be open on weekends only from
10 a.m to 6 p.m.

Pay by plate is still in effect until October 1st.

Again, The City of New Buffalo thanks you for your patronage. See you next summer!

City Hall will close at 12:00pm today, Friday, September 4th for the holiday weekend. Please know there will be lifeguards posted during the day hours, Friday through Monday. The iRock Jazz Fest has been canceled for this weekend. Join community members on Saturday, October 10th downtown, for the Beach Glass Brew Fest. Everyone have a safe Labor Day weekend!

It's that time of year again. All of our staff has gone back to school. Bathrooms will only be open on weekends from this point forward. We will have lifeguards this coming weekend Friday-Monday. Monday September 7th, will be the lifeguards last day of the season.
