A boil order has been issued for Belville Rd customers from Rt 45 to Little Saline River due to a repair

Update: Boil order only issued for Belville Rd (from Rt 45 to Little Saline River)

We have scheduled a water main repair for Friday (2/20) on rt 45 N, just south of Walnut Grove rd. There is a possibility that New Burnside and surrounding areas could experience a temporary loss in service. A boil order to follow the repair.
We are not positive yet where/who will be in boil order but we will post as soon as we know.r

Update 1/27/26 Boil Order Lifted

Due to maintenance from Saline Valley, a boil order has been issued for all customers except Tunnel Hill Township customers.
I will update this post as well as make a new post when the boil order has been lifted

Update 1/27/26 Boil Order Lifted

A boil order has been issued for all customers south of Bloodworth's Garage (12285 US Hwy 45) excluding Tunnel Hill township customers.
I will make a separate post and also update this post when the boil order has been lifted.

Our bills that were sent by email were sent out with the wrong amounts. We are correcting the problem and will be emailing the correct bills tomorrow

Update: All boil orders have been lifted at this time

A boil order has been issued for all Williamson county, saline county and Johnson county customers north of 12285 Hwy 45.

We have sent out texts but they will not go through to AT&T. We are going to look into a more reliable text system so everyone can be notified.
We cannot lift this boil order until Saline Valley has lifted theirs and then we can send our sample to be tested. I will update this post as well as make a new post when the boil order has been lifted.n
