Good afternoon everyone,

It’s been a while since I posted and I wanted to make sure that everyone got the results from the election. Unfortunately, I did not get enough votes to take office at this time.

I learned a lot about the process of running a campaign and had amazing support from quite a few voters. I really appreciate the votes that I did get and your trust in my abilities is not something I will ever forget.

I believe that we should try to be the change that we want to see in the world. I am grateful that the opportunity presented itself and that I entered the race.

So what now? Time to to reassess and be on the look out for other ways to contribute to the community.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, and voted for me.

Good Morning everyone!

This was a beautiful sunrise that was over New Caney in February 2021. My dad was really good about always stopping to take a picture when one should be taken. We have to take time and appreciate what is a blessing every day in our lives.

The last main principle that I want to base my campaign on is integrity. Integrity is the most essential part of someone's character. I believe that having integrity strengthens trust with the relationships you have and the ones you hope to build in the future. If elected, my integrity based leadership combined with creative problem solving and solution focused mindset will contribute to all of the EMCID activities that I am involved in.

Good Morning!

Hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy the weather that we are having right now. How we use our days reflects on us and our priorities.

Another principle that I have been thinking about with this candidacy is stewardship. It is important for those that are elected to always take care of there responsibilities of an organization for the people that voted for them. It's an opportunity to serve by taking care of what has been entrusted to you.

Good stewardship is good citizenship. My hope is for the opportunity to learn as a Director on the EMCID Board how the processes work and bring creative ideas to continue good stewardship of the district's resources.

Good evening, everyone!

Thanks for following the page. The three things that I have been thinking about with regard to seeking this position have been Process, Stewardship, and Integrity.

If we evaluate our process and find ways to improve, we are going to have a natural progression for improving the overall results.

One of the best ways I have found to do that is to set SMART objectives or goals. SMART stands for:

Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. Time based.

What SMART goals would you set for East Montgomery County? I would love to hear from you. Let me know what you think and thanks for your support.
