The mission of the Friends of the R B Tullis Branch Library in New Caney is to provide financial assistance to the library funded through our used book store - Tullis Treasures. We provide funds and support for the improvement of the library facilities and services. The Friends help provide for informational and educational programs, activities and other services to the multicultural and diverse backgrounds throughout the community.
