I have spoke with officials in Oldham county that have advised me that they are receiving several car break-ins
If you have cameras make sure they are functioning, don't leave vehicles unlocked or valuables in your vehicle. Keep an eye out for your neighbors ( nothing beats neighborhood watches) if you see something suspicious call 911 and don't approach the perpetrators. The HCSO will step up patrols. As always stay vigilant and protect your family.

Last night at approximately 10pm Henry County Sheriff Deputies were in a vehicle pursuit that ended on Point Pleasant and Garrett Lane with the suspect crashing into a wooded area. The suspect fled the accident on foot before contact could be made by deputies.

There is believed to be NO IMMEDIATE THREAT to residents in the area. The suspect was wearing blue jeans and a blue hoodie with suspected minor injuries. Anyone with any information is asked to contact KSP Post 5 at 502-532-6363. This is an ongoing investigation, we do have a possible suspect but cannot release those details at this time.

The Henry County Sheriff Office will be conducting road blocks at the intersections of Elm Street & Castle Highway, Hwy 322 & 22, at Hwy 55 at the Shelby County line & Hwy 146 at Broko Lane. These roadblocks will be set up various dates beginning April 15, 2025 through October 31, 2025.
