LCCAP is looking for a detail-oriented and mission-driven Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team! 📊💙

This role plays an important part in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring compliance, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping advance LCCAP’s mission in our community.

What You’ll Do:
📈 Prepare and review financial statements
🧾 Manage general ledger activities and reconciliations
💰 Monitor grant funding and reporting
📊 Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
🔍 Support annual audits and 990 processes
📋 Track restricted and unrestricted funds
🤝 Collaborate with program and development teams

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
✔️ 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting
✔️ Experience with fund accounting and grant reporting
✔️ Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Take a look at this transformation through LCCAP’s Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Program!

LCCAP helps make homes safer for families by identifying and addressing lead-based paint and other potential health hazards. Our services are available for qualifying owner-occupied and renter-occupied homes.

🏠 Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint, especially around windows, doors, trim, and other painted surfaces.

⚠️ Lead exposure can be especially harmful to children under 6 years old. Through our program, we work to control or remove lead hazards and create healthier living environments for families.
