📢 TB Testing Notice

The Henry County Health Department will NOT be offering TB testing tomorrow, September 16th, due to our office being closed Friday for staff training. (NURSING DEPT ONLY)

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

TB testing will resume during our normal testing hours next week.

Flood Recovery Support in One Place

The Henry County Disaster Recovery Center will have staff from Indiana Department of Health, Environmental Health and Public Health Nursing Divisions available to help answer any questions or check vaccination records. The Henry County Staff will be popping in and out during the event as well.

Looking for practical ways to have better conversations about change?

Join us for The Art of Helping People Change: Introduction to Motivational Interviewing, an interactive training designed for professionals who work with individuals who may feel uncertain, ambivalent, or resistant to change.

Motivational Interviewing is a person-centered approach that can help strengthen engagement, reduce resistance, and support people in identifying their own reasons for making positive changes.

Participants will learn foundational Motivational Interviewing principles, communication skills, and practical strategies that can be used across healthcare, behavioral health, public health, recovery, social services, education, and other helping professions.
