This inspiring event will be held on March 27, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., honoring International Transgender Day of Visibility.
Hosted by the Delaware Department of Human Resources (DHR) and co-sponsored by the Delaware State Housing Authority Local Diversity Committee, this session will celebrate the resilience, achievements, and diverse experiences of the transgender community.
We are honored to welcome Emma Shinn, Co-founder of The Colorado Name Change Project, and Jackson D. Salasky, Chapter President of PFLAG Wilmington, as our distinguished speakers.
This conversation will provide valuable insights and actionable steps to foster a culture of belonging and allyship for transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary individuals.

We were honored to celebrate Women's History Month by partnering with the Delaware River and Bay Authority, Delaware State University, and the Delaware Historical Society for Beyond Boundaries. This inspiring event featured Retired Air Force Captain Theresa Claiborne, the first African American woman to pilot in the U.S. Air Force, as she shared her journey of breaking barriers and reaching new heights.
