Henry County WIC Are you eligible for WIC? Otherwise you can qualify based on income.

🍎Henry County WIC provides nutrition education,
breastfeeding support, & supplemental food to pregnant
women, infants, children, and postpartum women. ❤️

This institution is an equal opportunity provider.⚖️ WIC serves:
Infants
Children under the age of 5
Pregnant Women
New moms until 6 months post-partum
Breastfeeding moms until child turns 1



If you receive Food Stamps, Medicaid, or TANF you automatically qualify for WIC services. Income guidelines are available at:

At your WIC appointment you need to bring:

Parent or Guardian ID
ID for child (Medicaid card, SS card, Proof of birth)
Person needing certified
Proof of current address
Proof of all household income for the past 30 days
WIC Card

The National Breastfeeding Month Celebration with Hancock & Henry County WIC!

As WIC staff, we are fortunate to get to know our families throughout the months and years. We watch their little ones grow, celebrate their milestones, offer support through challenges, and share in so many moments along the way.
But there is something extra special about seeing our moms relax, smile, feel beautiful, and take pride in themselves! A lovely reminder to us on why what we do matters so much.

💜🪻The National Breastfeeding Month Celebration with some very special moms and babies!🪻💜

Our Mom & Baby Celebration was all about reminding moms just how deserving they are of being pampered, appreciated, and celebrated.

From manicures and hair styling to a relaxing massage, we wanted to give these amazing moms a little time to simply be cared for—even if it was just a small moment compared to all they do every single day.

To all the moms we serve: we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so proud of you. You give so much every day, and you deserve to feel celebrated, too!🪻💜

Full Circle Moment! 💕

Last year during our World Breastfeeding Week celebration, one of our WIC staff members held up a little onesie for a photo and said, “Next year this could be my little baby!” 🥹💗

Well… she was right! 🥰 This year, she brought her sweet little girl for a remake of that photo, and we couldn’t love this full circle moment more! 🌸🩷
