Unpopular Opinion: Being busy does not mean you are making progress.
Some people wake up at 5 a.m., work for 12 hours, attend meetings, answer hundreds of messages, and still end the year with nothing meaningful to show for their efforts.
Why?
Because activity is not the same as productivity.
You can be busy running a business that is not growing. You can be busy chasing opportunities that do not align with your goals. You can even be busy making money without building anything that will last.
The real question is not, “How hard are you working?”
It is, “Is your work producing the results you desire?”
Sometimes, the smartest business decision is not to work harder but to rethink your strategy, eliminate distractions, and focus on what truly matters.
Hard work is important, but hard work without direction can become an expensive waste of time.
