Now that we have breached the 1.5 degree average rise in temp limit set by the Paris agreement our only hope for avoiding a planet where the air is too smoky to breathe, and the forests and fields have turned to desert is decisive, radical change. Let’s go Rockland County Legislature! Show us what real leadership is about and add more structure and power to the comprehensive plan to get us where we need to go! Speaking here at the public comment hearing on the comprehensive plan last night.

Happy July 4th! We have our work to do to now and in the days ahead to protect our tired, our poor, our huddled masses yearning to breathe free. Everyone has to step up before it is too late.
The Clearwater, a fierce champion for environmental and social justice was just ejected from the parade of tall ships because of these photo's message on the mast. "Save the Clean Water Act" and "Indigenous Rights + Racial Justice, Climate Solutions"
Clearwater has a long tradition of using mainsail for messages of hope and advocacy. Keep speaking up, America!
