This afternoon our on duty EMS crew stopped by The Little Farm Stand, 2 Chestnut Street, New Egypt to grab some fresh lemonade 🍋 to cool off on this hot day 🔥. The owners Anthony and Hazel are raising money to give back to their friend Cali who is sick. What a great cause! Stop by and see them-the stand is stocked up with fruits and vegetables too. While there the crew gave a tour of the district ambulance. 🚑Thank you for the yummy treat!🙂

As we celebrate Independence Day and the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, we want to wish everyone in our community a safe, happy, and patriotic Fourth of July.

Enjoy the day with family, friends, and neighbors, and please remember to celebrate responsibly. Keep safety in mind around fireworks, grills, fire pits, and roadways so everyone can enjoy the holiday.

🇺🇸 💥 Safety Reminder from Station 39 💥 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Independence Day, the Fire Department would like to remind everyone to celebrate safely and responsibly.

In New Jersey, only certain non-aerial, ground-based sparkling devices and novelties are permitted. Aerial and explosive fireworks, including bottle rockets, firecrackers, Roman candles, and similar devices, remain illegal without the proper permits.

Even legal fireworks can cause serious injuries and fires. Sparklers can burn extremely hot and should never be handled by young children. Please keep fireworks away from buildings, vehicles, dry grass, and spectators, and always have water nearby.

The safest way to enjoy fireworks is to attend the Township community event on July 11th!

Join Us for a Grand Celebration of 125 Years of Fire Service!

We are excited to announce that this year, on August 1st, we will proudly celebrate 125 years of dedicated fire service to our cherished community! We invite everyone to come out and join the festivities!

Parade Details:
- Time:12 PM
- Route: From the American Legion to the Elks Lodge
- Ceremony will begin following the parade

We will have Food Trucks, Co****le Tournament, Bounce Houses! The outdoor bar will be open! 125th Merchandise will be on sale! 50/50 during event! See everyone there!!!!

We encourage anyone interested in participating in the parade to get in touch with Deputy Chief Matt Sams at 609-339-8096. The parade and fire trucks will be judged by the NJ Fire Chiefs Association, and exciting categories will be announced!

Don’t miss this chance to honor our history and connect with the community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
