Chickasaw Connections will promote community partnerships focused on developing healthy lifestyles. Our goals:
- Assess community needs through ongoing data collection
- Build capacity by connecting with i

ndividuals and community organizations in the county who share a common vision
- Build and maintain an organizational structure with a diverse coalition representing the 14 identified sectors
- Plan and implement evidence-based educational and environmental strategies with county connections
- Evaluate program and strategy effectiveness
