Health In Your Hands “Health In Your Hands is a community wellness program addressing the issue of childhood obesity in the Fair Haven and Hill neighborhoods.

“Health In Your Hands (HIYH)” is a community wellness program to fight childhood obesity for Hill and Fair Haven neighborhoods; this program is brought to the community by the City of New Haven in joint partnership with Yale University and many other community partners. This program has two main areas of focus: healthy eating and active lifestyle.
