Hi, all!
We know that the coronavirus pandemic has imposed tremendous challenges on students, especially those applying to colleges this year. Travel restrictions and public health risks have made college visits nearly impossible. That’s why we at the Yale Rotaract Club would like to extend our members to provide free personalized virtual tours of the campus!
Yale Rotaract members represent many of the diverse extracurricular and academic tracks from Astrophysics and Microbiology to Political Science and Global Languages. Our members with access to campus would be happy to call over whichever virtual conferencing platform is most convenient for students and their families for 30 minutes to an hour to talk about residential life, famous university sites, study spaces, and our favorite spots in New Haven.
Please be advised that students under the age of 18 must have a parent present on the video call the entire duration of the tour. Students planning on attending the tour without a parent are required to send some proof of age to [email protected].
Students may reserve a tour time with our survey, attached. Preference will be given to those students applying for admission to the Class of 2025. We will try as best we can to match students with members of our club with similar interests. Tours should be booked no less than a week in advance of the tour date.

Rotary Club of Dhaka Mavericks, Bangladesh and Rotary Club of New Haven, Connecticut, USA, Rotaract Club of Yale and other Rotary and Rotaract Clubs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen icddr,b’s ongoing -19 emergency response for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals.

With Rotary Club’s funding support, icddr,b will strengthen personal protection for the workers and researchers working at icddr,b’s two project sites at the FDMN camps.
